The Customer acknowledges having the legal capacity to place an order and be over 18 years old or have a written parental authorization allowing him to order on the site.

6.1. General rules
The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering and which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

The Customer is delivered by TNT and signs a distribution slip acknowledgment of receipt. In case of absence, for deliveries in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, the recipient of the product ordered may withdraw the products, for a period of 10 days, in a relay point close to the initial delivery address and indicated by TNT on the notice of passage.
For deliveries in Belgium, Switzerland and Luxemburg, in case of absence, TNT will contact directly by phone the recipient of the ordered product to set a new delivery date directly to the address indicated in the order form.

Delivery times indicated on the site are given as an indication for products in stock. They are expressed from the receipt of payment.
The production of Corso Mille being limited, a stock-out may occur. The offers on the site are only valid while stocks last.
A delay in delivery cannot under any circumstances give rise to the cancellation of orders, and no compensation or penalty for late delivery, whatever the causes, importance and direct or indirect consequences cannot be claimed. However, if the delivery time exceeds thirty days from the order, the sale may be canceled at the request of the customer by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: PAD FINEST – 21 rue Galilée 75116 Paris. 6.6 Force majeure

PAD FINEST ensures that products are properly protected for transportation. If, despite this, products of the order were damaged during transport, the Customer may either refuse delivery of damaged products or make handwritten, dated and signed reservations on the delivery note as mentioned in paragraph 6.3 and 6.4.

6.8 Missing products in delivery or delivery not comply with the order
If the Customer finds that a product is missing at the time of delivery, he must report it on the delivery slip of Colissimo or TNT and contact PAD FINEST, by message at email@example.com, within 24 working hours following the delivery by indicating the number of the invoice corresponding to its purchase. It will be delivered as soon as possible the missing product without additional delivery costs.

10. Partial non-validity

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Sales of PAD FINEST products are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract concluded between PAD FINEST and the Client, even in the case of multiple defendants, will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
14. Archiving – Proof
PAD FINEST will archive the purchase orders and the invoices on a reliable and durable support constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of PAD FINEST will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
15. Legal guarantee of the latent defects
