I – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions for sale (“T&C”) detailed below apply to every order for products and services made by any person, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, through the www.corso-mille.com visit to PAD FINEST SAS hereinafter referred to as “PAD FINEST”.

PAD FINEST is a company registered in France with SIRET 53915302300020 and whose address is 20 chaussée de la Muette 75016 Paris France

Given the possible evolution of the website and the regulation, PAD FINEST reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time. Only the current T&C at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall be valid against the Customer.

If applicable, the updated terms and conditions will be communicated to the Customer by modifying the dedicated page of the website. In this case, the T&C to be applied are those in effect at the date of validation of the order by the Customer.

The version of the T&C applicable to any sale being the one accessible online on www.corso-mille.com at the time of the order. Therefore, the act of placing the order implies total commitment to the present general conditions of sale by ticking the box next to the sentence “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”.

II – INFORMATION & ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE

www.corso-mille.com is an e-commerce site owned and run by PAD FINEST. The Site can be accessed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by all users , except for closure for maintenance or repair, scheduled or not, by PAD FINEST or its providers.

PAD FINEST should not be held responsible for any damage of any kind, arising from unavailability of the website. PAD FINEST reserves the right to modify the website, for technical or commercial reasons.

When these modifications in no way alter the conditions of the supply of the services, in a substantial and negative way, the Customer can be informed of the introduced changes, but its acceptance is not claimed.

III – REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

In order to place an order, the registration of the Customer is required on the website by creating an account containing the information of the Customer (the “Account”). The registration is validated by PAD FINEST after verification of the standard form completed by the Customer. The Customer receives an e-mail confirmation of its registration, the Customer must make sure the compulsory information is correct and complete. The Customer is required to update its personal information.

In case of error in the delivery information given by the Customer , PAD FINEST is not liable in the case of the impossibility of delivery due to incorrect delivery details. By registering on the website, the Customer declares and warrants to PAD FINEST that he is of legal age and shall acknowledge enjoying the legal competence to freely and validly enter into a contract. PAD FINEST may delete the Customer’s Account at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

IV – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those mentioned on the website at the date at which the Customer consults such website, within the limits of the available stock. These indications are updated automatically.

However, an updating error, no matter its origin, does not engage the responsibility of PAD FINEST. As such, PAD FINEST should not be held responsible for the cancellation of an order or a product due to the depletion of stocks.

PAD FINEST takes the utmost care in presenting and describing these products in order to best inform the Customer. After placing an order, the Customer may receive a product previously returned by another Customer. It is specified that PAD FINEST only accepts the return of intact and unworn products, these two conditions are controlled before reintegrating these products into the stock.

V – PRICING

The selling prices of the products on PAD FINEST website are indicated in euros and are VAT included. They do not include the costs of delivery and shipping of the order, which are added on top of the price of the purchased products and indicated before the order is confirmed by the Customer. The amount of these fees varies according to the delivery zone as specified in the Shipping section.

VAT is that in force in France on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.

In addition to the refund cases specified in the Warranty and Refund sections, PAD FINEST will not refund the VAT applied to purchases made on the website www.corso-mille.com.

Price mentioned on corso-mille.com website do not include import duties and other local tax related to the country where the purchased products are requested to be shipped. These import duties and local taxes as well as all the import procedures need to be beard by the Customer.

Prices are those in effect at the time of registration of the purchase order by the Customer. PAD FINEST reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided however that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only applicable to the buyer.

VI – WARRANTY CONDITIONS

PAD FINEST shall be responsible for any lack of conformity of the product ordered on corso-mille.com. If any product fails to conform, it may be returned to the customer service within 2 years of the date of delivery, to be repaired, exchanged or refunded. All complaints, requests for exchanges or refunds must be made by e-mailing to contact@corso-mille.com or by letter to: PAD FINEST 20 chaussée de la Muette 75016 Paris, France

PAD FINEST shall not be held responsible for any fault due to normal wear and tear or to an abnormal use of the items.

VII – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Subscribers are aware and accept that their personal information may be collected on the website via the WordPress platform, on which the www.corso-mille.com has been built, and used by PAD FINEST acting as data controllers  in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council  of 27 April 2016 on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter “Data Protection Regulations” or “GDPR” and repealing Council Directive 95/46/EC

PAD FINEST is committed to ensuring and to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal data of its Customers in accordance with the GDPR, including taking care to ensure that the Customer personal data is not altered, damaged or misused by third parties who are not allowed to access to these data.

In particular, the personal data of the Customers can be transmitted to the service providers and contractual partners who, as subcontractors in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, get involved and contribute directly to the management of the orders and for which it is absolutely necessary to access personal information provided by the Customer when creating and using his/her account (identity, postal address, telephone number, email address). Subcontractors can only act on instructions from PAD FINEST.

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

  • order management and Customer relations
  • Customer information on promotional and informational offers related to the brand
  • strengthening and improvement of the website and the brand communication by sending, newsletters and special offers based on the preferences expressed by the Customer through the website navigation
  • improvement and personalization of the services offered to the Customers
  • compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations

PAD FINEST does not store the personal data of the Customer, they are kept only for the period strictly necessary for the previous purposes set out. Customer data is collected via the WordPress and / or Mailchimp platforms.

In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, the Customer has a right to access, correct and remove data relating to himself/herself (hereinafter the ” French Data Protection and Privacy Act “).

In order to exercise one or several rights related to the French Data Protection and Privacy Act, the Customer must send a request by email to contact@corso-mille.com, by unsubscribing directly from the newsletter or by writing to the following address mentioning his last name, first name, address e and his Customer references: PAD FINEST, 20 chaussée de la Muette, 75016 Paris FRANCE.

The application must be duly completed, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Customer’s signature and specify the reply address. The response to the request made in accordance with one or several rights related to the ” French Data Protection and Privacy Act” will be sent within 2 months of receipt of the request.

The Customer may communicate to PAD FINEST special instructions in which he or she defines the manner in which he or she intends to exercise, after his death, the rights related to the French Data Protection and Privacy Act in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations.

VIII – COMMERCIAL OFFERS AND NEWSLETTERS

PAD FINEST may send to the Customers information relating to its products and commercial offers by mail, email, or via all websites managed by PAD FINEST or any of its subsidiaries on social networks, subject to prior acceptance.

The Customer shall have the possibility to oppose the use of his/her data for marketing purposes at no cost for him/herself, by clicking on the link “unsubscribe” in each email or by making the request to the store, via his internet account or by mail.

IX – COOKIES

This “COOKIES” section allows the Customer to learn more about the origin and use of browsing information processed during the consultation of corso-mille.com website and the rights of users.

Thus, during the www.corso-mille.com website visit, information relating to browsing may be recorded in “Cookies” files installed on the user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

PAD FINEST website issues these cookies to facilitate navigation around the website. They can also be issued by the PAD FINEST partners in order to personalize the advertising offer sent outside the corso-mille.com website.

Cookies may be included in different areas of the website.

When the user accesses the corso-mille.com, one or several cookies of partner companies (“third-party cookies”) may be placed in the Customer terminal through the pages of PAD FINEST website or via content broadcasted through advertising banners and campaigns.

The cookies posted on the PAD FINEST website by the service providers used by PAD FINEST to promote its activities and offers, are designed to:

  • identify the products consulted or purchased on the website in order to personalize the addressed advertising offer.
  • send, if the user has authorized when registering with, offers of the brand by email.

The cookies contained in the advertising spaces of the website are intended to allow the establishment of statistics on the advertisement campaigns.

The issue and use of cookies by third parties are subject to the privacy policies of these third parties. PAD FINEST is not responsible for the content or operation of any of the social networks, including those that may be linked to its website.

X – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,

DOMAIN NAME AND WEBSITE

PAD FINEST is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights on the following elements, this list is non-exhaustive:

  • products offered on its website and on the brands associated with these products
  • the www.corso-mille.com website, including its tree structure, the organization and titles of its headings, the visual and graphic identity, its design, its ergonomics, its features, software, texts, animated or fixed images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other element making up the website
  • On databases, their structure and contents, designed and managed by PAD FINEST for the purposes of editing the website
  • On all the graphic or technical elements of conception of the website
  • On brands, names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics or other signs that could be used, made or implemented by PAD FINEST

PAD FINEST is also the exclusive owner of the domain names « www.corso-mille.com » and www.corsomille.com and of the brand Corso Mille.

Accordingly, the user is forbidden from reproducing in any form, directly or indirectly, the elements as per the previous section, or to alter the brands, patents, names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphical elements, or any other signs appearing on the available elements within the website, and more generally to use or exploit these elements other than within the framework of the execution of the present Terms and Conditions.

As such, the reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is to be used solely for informative purposes, personally and privately. Any reproduction and use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.

XI – APPLICABLE LAW, CLAIMS PROCEDURE

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact PAD FINEST to try and obtain an amicable solution by contacting the Customer Service via e-mail at contact@corso-mille.com.

Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, failing an amicable agreement between the Customer and PAD FINEST

Payment

The payment of products and any delivery costs related to the order must be made when the order is registered by the Customer. The Customer guarantees to PAD FINEST that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method when registering the purchase order.

The products remain the property of PAD FINEST until full payment of the purchased products and services.

For payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) PAD FINEST is equipped with an online payment area provided by STRIPE that allows the customer to pay in a secure environment. The credit card number of the Customer is therefore directed to the STRIPE server without passing through the server of the shop, guarantee all the more important that the card details of the Customer are known only by the payment system of STRIPE, PAD FINEST’s payment partner.

The customer can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, he will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, he will then return to www.corso-mille.com website.

PAD FINEST reserves the right not to send an order that may be subject to fraud or suspicion of fraud of any kind. It also reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in case of non-payment of any sum that would be due by the Customer or in case of payment incident.

PAD FINEST cannot be held responsible for any attempt of fraud on a third person but undertakes to provide to the competent authorities any information that it would hold to solve these questions.

The data recorded by the payment system proposed by the PAD FINEST website constitutes the only proof of the financial transactions carried out by the means of payment used.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of the Customer order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on the Customer order. Changes are not permitted once the order has been shipped.

Europe

15 €, with an average delivery time of 4 to 8 days after shipping.

International

30 € with an average delivery time of 4 to 8 days after shipping 

Returns and Exchanges

Free returns and exchanges are available worldwide for all items within 7 working days after receipt, provided the return conditions are met. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, only items returned in their unused condition and their original packaging will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

Procedure

If you would like to ask for an exchange or a refund, please send an email to contact@corso-mille.com and indicate the reasons for return. The customer service will send you a return slip, along with the following instructions:

How to properly prepare the package:

  • Put the items inside their original packaging
  • Print the return slip and put it on the parcel
  • Go to the nearest post office or any other place specified by PAD FINEST and drop the parcel off

Refunds

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 15 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
